Its hard to rate this property without using foul language. Sh#thole is not nearly strong enough to express the state of this place. There is rempant drug use out in the open, the police regularly pull through the parking lot and i witnessed them harass this poor guy that had gone to pick up some food and was eatibg in his car before going back to his room. The ceiling in my room was sagging literally 10 to 12 inches and i was worried it might fall in on me. I had the air conditioner on full blast the entire time i was there and the temprrature actually rose several degrees. On the positive side, if you need a room and only have 50 bucks, this is the place.

Beds made me itch. Room and bathroom not at all what you would expect to see. It was disgusting and disappointing. I wouldn’t recommend staying here if you have small children. We took a shower in our crocs because no way.
