Great location for waking the city. Cute hotel that makes the most of every space. From Check in to grabbing coffee in the morning to having a drink in the evening, all our interactions with staff was a highlight to our day. We travel a lot and this is one of the nicest hotels we have visited because of the staff.

Management had poor customer service. I'm a travel nurse and need a quick hotel unfortunately due to an assignment change and check in time I wasn't able to utilize the hotel. This hotel refused to be accommodating and understanding and refused to refund my money or even change the original accommodations to fulfill me needs. Any travel nurse looking for a hotel I would not recommend this hotel brand. We as nurses take care of people in the worst and when need the same type of understanding or customer service. This hotel chain dropped the ball and fell short
