There were many many reasons why I wouldn't recommend his hotel. The staff were unprofessional and rude multiple times.
Once we asked about snack and convenience options in the hotel and were given abrupt and angry responses as if we were in the wrong for asking. We went into the restaurant and were ushered out by a rude waiter. The concierge never pick up the phone no matter how much you dial. We learnt the first day that there is no daily cleaning even though there is a sign for it in the room. So then we requested cleaning the next day. No one cleaned the room the next day. When we talked to them, they just sent towels to us after 4 hours. Nothing else. We asked for more toilet paper and they literally didn't respond at all.
In all, the staff are not only unhelpful, they avoid you and if you can catch them, act very rudely.
The facilities aren't good either. The toilet didn't flush well, you have to hold the flush for 20 seconds. The bedsheets don't fit the mattresses and keep coming off. The TV didn't work until we fiddled with the wires. There's no fridge.
