Staff is amazing! The room was not clean, specifically the bathroom. There were some reminders of guest gone past. The mattress was well used and tme for replacement. To be fair we stayed one night and had zero time in schedule for theatrics.

Not my first choice

Upon arrival, I was not greeted or acknowledged at the front desk. I planned on paying the early check in fee but decided to wait the 2 hours until check in time. Staff in the hotel doesn’t smile or interact with guests. Finally, Towanda, whom I assume was a manager spoke to me and got me checked in after one hour of sitting in the lobby of the hotel.

Overall good experience but we were supposed to have fruit upon our arrival as a surprise for my daughter and it wasn’t. I had to call to get it sent up, ruining the surprise. I mentioned it to the staff upon check out and she said they would fix that on our bill and send us a new bill. I got a new bill with no changes.

Needs some refreshing but excellent staff.

Georgian Terrace has been of our favorite properties to stay at when visiting Atlanta for years. It had been two years since staying and the property needs some refreshing. We stayed in a 2 BR / 2 BA unit and it certainly let looks well worn. The staff makes up for the slightly run down appearance though. Everyone is very professional and kind.
