This modern estate features an open living room with a 6-foot window wall, a gourmet kitchen with granite countertops, and a formal dining area for 10. The lower level includes a spacious Master Suite with a King bed and en-suite bathroom, a Queen Suite with two Queen beds, and a bonus room perfect for kids. Upstairs, you'll find additional bedrooms, a workspace, and a Twin bed.

Enjoy the screened-in deck, large patio with seating for 10+, and a beautiful pool with varying depths. The estate also offers a basketball hoop, soccer goals, and parking for 10+ vehicles.

Please note that pool heating is available upon request and subject to availability. If you'd like the pool to be heated during your stay, there will be an additional $150 fee per day. Kindly let us know in advance if you'd like to add this service, so we can ensure it’s arranged for your visit. (Pool takes 24-48 hours to heat)

1. Basketball Rim: Hanging on the basketball rim is strictly prohibited. This action can cause damage to the equipment and create safety hazards.

2. Football Goal: Please handle the football goal with care. It is essential to avoid any rough play that could lead to damage.

Any damage resulting from these actions will incur a minimum charge of $475 to cover repair or replacement costs.
