This was honestly a bit of a disaster. The room we got had stained sheets and blankets, there was a giant roach in the lobby, and when we turned on the water it came out black (which they said was because there was construction and they redirected water but still disgusting and made me not want to drink the water there). A fun little highlight is when we almost got stuck in the elevator with a worker, the elevator door opened maybe an inch or so and then stopped, and the worker told my friend to try to open it manually? Advising a customer to stick their hands in machinery that is actively malfunctioning is crazy. Our key cards also stopped working multiple times, we were careful not to put them near our phones/magnetic strips on cards, but it happened multiple times to all of our cards.
