The charming community of SeaSpray Condominiums, located on Atlantic Beach's beautiful oceanfront, provides you with the vacation you've been waiting for. With parking for two cars, you will find the perfect getaway for you and your family. Allow yourself to drift away in the outdoor swimming pool or watch the children romp in the kiddie pool. Take the walkway down to the beach and dip your toes in the water or take a walk along the shore and collect seashells. It's the perfect place for a vacation! This complex is conveniently located to area amusements and offers laundry facilities on the first floor and charcoal grills on-site. Condo 319 is a nicely furnished, non-smoking condo on the third floor and offers an ocean view from the balcony. With two bedrooms and 2 baths, your family will get the quality time you've been needing. Cozy up in the living room on the sleeper sofa and catch up on shows until the wee hours. Enjoy a sunset cocktail on the balcony or watch the beautiful sunrise in the morning. The fully equipped kitchen and dining area is the perfect place for your family meals. After you tuck the children into the guest room with two full beds, sink yourself in the comfort of a king-size bed of the principal bedroom with a TV and a private full bath. The free WiFi access makes it easy to instantly upload your favorite vacation photo! And just to make your vacation a little bit brighter, we will supply all your bed, bath, and kitchen linen. The location was perfect! The view from the porch was the best place to have the coffee every morning. Close proximity to the fort short walk to the beach. The condo had everything we needed as far as cooking items and utensils. Beds comfy there is a couple of spots that may need to be addressed cause medically but it did not affect our stay whatsoever everything was clean..

Excellent view

Overall as described. Excellent view. Enough room and basically clean. I’m OCD so I’d do things a bit differently. Definitely worth what we paid. Excellent communication with property. Water nozzles in main bathroom will test your patience at first. We will definitely be going back. I do not recommend for anyone who struggles with stairs and has lots to carry.

Weekend Getaway

Space was very nice but this unit has a mold issue. One pice of wall art was on the kitchen counter when we checked in and covered in mold. Both closets had signs of mildew and mold on walls. There was duct work in master closet that is a major fire hazard if bulb is left on to long because it had already melted into duct. Walls and entire smell of unit had signs of water damage.

Third floor condo with NO elevator. King sized bed has probably gone way beyond its usefulness as it sags a bit on one side as isnt comfortable at all. Not sure where the laundry area is...directions would be helpful. AC was programed to return to 77 after manually setting to 72, not sure what that was about but to wake up in the middle of the night and having to deal with the ac isnt what i wanted to be doing on vacation.

No Compassion

Due to unforeseen medical issues we were not able to stay. We were not looking for a refund, but to change to another available date in October and the owner would not even consider the option. The option for exchange the trip should not be available on VRBO if the owner would not even consider it.

Review

The condo is really nice but you have to climb 3 flights of stairs to get to it. There was nothing in the listing about there not being a elevator. The beds are hard as a rock. And of course there wasn’t enough wash rags for the stay had to go buy some just to make it through the 4 day 3 night stay.

The description of this property needs to be clear upfront that there is no elevator in the building. This wasn't an issue for us, but for anyone with mobility issues it would be difficult to navigate 3 flights of stairs (that are partially exposed to weather and can be wet) and that the unit is several doors down the hallway. Otherwise the unit was pretty much as described although more run-down than the images show. The view from the deck is wonderful though.
