The room smelled the tv didn’t work. Asked for service for the tv waited about 3 hours. The tub had hair in it. Was told since I went through a 3rd party they couldn’t help me. I won’t ever go there again.

Upon checkin, we were given a key for a room that did not exist. Walked around for 20 minutes before realizing room 360 does not exist. Dennis tower is extremely outdated. Room had a hole in the bathroom ceiling. Hallways smelled like they haven’t been cleaned and almost felt like we were walking through an abandoned building.

Walked down to the Steel Pier from the hotel. Quick access to the boardwalk and the beach. The room was pleasant. Westayed in there Dennis Towers section so i feel it wasn't as kept-up as perhaps there main part of the hotel. There are a plethora of dining choices available either in or out of the hotel.

When i checked out, i asked if i needed anything for the parking garage,she told me to just tell them i stayed at the hotel and it would only be10.00, but the attendant told me they wouldn't say that and told me he needed proof as i was trying to bring up my email, he yelled at me to give 10.00 and to never do that again. I will never stay at Bally's again. Plus the room wasn't very clean, lighting in the bathroom was terrible. Only one plug to use for charging your phone.
