For the price and choosing the smoking room just one night I guess it did the job. The room was pretty clean along with the bathroom as well. Some things I didn’t like was the bed was uncomfortable and flat. Couch had oil stains did not want to sit on them. And very noisy, could hear the buses and trucks even with AC on all night and early morning.

Very outdated, checking in and out service was not friendly. Checking out had to call and wait for someone. TV didn't work, had to have someone fix it. Remote to TV disgusting. Door cards wouldn't work had to have fixed. Door to room had a gap in it when closed. Elevator very slow, dirty, and small. I called to check on parking and at no time was I informed there was a fee to park. ARE YOU SERIOUSE? We were charged 560.00 for a 3-night stay. I have no problem with that if it is a decent facility. THIS WAS NOT!! Then to top it off you charge us to park at a facility I am paying to stay at. Very upset and not satisfied. Yes, I did voice this. I also questioned the pricing; you advertise online 79.00 a night. Not even worth 79.00 a night, and we paid 186.00. VERY DISSAPOINTED!!

Room was clean and comfortable breakfast was good but the area around the hotel very noisy and I could hear nextdoor occupant snoring walls very thin. Don't stay on the first floor. Staff seemed very uneducated and difficult to communicate with very poor source of information could not help me with my concerns during the stay.

We pull up to check in and there is absolutely nowhere to park. My mother is handicap and we cannot park down the road nor leave her on the side of the road to go park miles away. We would like a refund as the page said parking available and there is absolutely no parking.
