If i could give this place 0 I would front desk person (kevin i believe ) was rude at check in Romm was terrible ( half of the room was taken up by a out of order jacuzzi which i specifically did not book other half by a disgusting couch which had no legs and came 3 inches off the ground ( would have never gott back up if sat there ) we left 5 minutes after checking decided to just drive the 3 hours home clerk offered to give us a different room but if they had a different room why were we put in the crap bit there was no way we would have been comfotable in this hotel And they refused to give us any refund Pics attached

Facility not clean. Dirty sheets. Toilet wasn’t fully cleaned. Office chair doesn’t lift up, can’t be adjusted making it hard to do anything using the office table . Room smells like cigarettes

Staff is friendly. Place looks clean but has an odor peculiar to their ethnicity in the lobby and the hallway. Not a pleasant one. Room needs some aesthetic repair. Place is dated. Overnight stay is just fine. Breakfast is very limited. Mostly carbs. No protein. I guess you get what you pay for.

This is the best hotel on the White Horse Pike. Very convenient for any business trips to Atlantic City (which I do frequently). Upgraded rooms and interior hallways. Safe, clean and quiet. Nice manager there too.

There were kids staying across from our room that were in rhe hallway making so much noise, slamming doors at all hours. Spoke to Kevin said he would take care of it, but we never heard anything back from.him. Rooms were clean enough. Comforters need to be changed. And mayber thicker towels. Staff is pleasant.

The staff was very kind and helpful. I arrived one hour before check in and was still able to check in to my room without any additional charges. There was not any extra charges for parking and their continental breakfast was decent. The room was clean and the ac was amazing. I will come back again. Oh and it’s about 17 min drive to AC.
