All bedding (sheets, pillows/pillow cases, blankets & comforters) as well as a full set of bath towels are provided, freshly laundered, and ready for you to enjoy!

This home is equipped with central heating & air.

Washer & dryer in-unit for easy laundry during your stay.

Guests will have private access to the entire 2nd floor unit of the duplex, including all four bedrooms, two full bathrooms, the open-concept living and dining areas, and the fully equipped kitchen. Enjoy the private front and rear porches for relaxing outdoors. Included are beach tags, beach chairs, coolers, and a wagon for easy beach trips. Garage parking is available for one small vehicle, and free street parking is readily available. The washer and dryer are in-unit for your convenience.

Nestled just one block from the beach, our home is perfectly positioned for enjoying the best of Ocean City. You're within easy walking distance of a variety of dining options, from casual eateries to family-friendly restaurants. Explore local shops and boutiques along the main avenues, offering everything from souvenirs to beach essentials. For a sweet treat, grab an ice cream cone at a nearby parlor. The charming neighborhood atmosphere is ideal for leisurely strolls, with the ocean breeze always close by. Enjoy easy access to the boardwalk, amusement parks, and other attractions, all within a short walk or drive. Experience the quintessential Ocean City lifestyle right at your doorstep!



Getting Around:

Our home offers convenient access to various transportation options. While Ocean City is easily walkable, here's some information to help you navigate the area. Public transportation options are available, with bus routes servicing the island. For travel to and from the airport, the Atlantic City International Airport (ACY) is approximately a 30-minute drive. Parking is available: you'll have garage parking for one small or medium-sized vehicle, plus ample free street parking in the neighborhood. This makes it easy to explore Ocean City and the surrounding areas.



Other Things to Note:

GUEST VERIFICATION & SECURITY: All guests will be required to upload a valid Photo ID (Drivers License, Passport, Government ID) and verify with a โ€œselfieโ€ to the management company's secure, data encrypted portal before being allowed to check in. This information is required by our insurance company and is not used for any other purposes.



PET POLICY: Guests are fully responsible for any damage, excessive cleaning, or disturbances caused by their pets during their stay. By bringing a pet onto the property, you agree to assume all liability for your pet's behavior and to indemnify and hold harmless the property owner and management from any claims or damages arising from your pet. Guests with pets are 100% responsible for keeping their pet under control at all times. Size/weight and/or breed restrictions may apply.



MINIMUM AGE REQUIREMENT: To book this property, the primary guest must be 25+ years old. The booking guest must personally occupy the property for the full stay and may not reserve on behalf of others. Any fraudulent, third-party, or underage booking may be cancelled immediately without refund and may result in removal from the property without notice.



CREDIT CARD FEE: Reservations booked through certain platforms where credit card payments are processed by the host/property management company, Heightened Hospitality LLC, will be subject to a separate 3.5% processing fee. The processing fee is strictly non-refundable in the event of a voluntary/guest-initiated cancellation.

These cameras may record audio & video footage 24/7. We absolutely do not nor will ever have recording devices of any kind inside the home or apartment or any other private area. TAMPERING WITH SECURITY DEVICES: Tampering with exterior cameras, WiFi equipment, smart locks, or safety devices is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate removal without refund.



QUIET HOURS & MAINTAINING THE PEACE: Quiet hours are between 10pm and 8am. Guests must be respectful of our neighbors, other guests, and overall community at all times so that we may continue providing enjoyable experiences to all of our guests. Any disturbance incident that results in police involvement may result in the immediate termination of a reservation and removal from the rental without refund or warning. Parties, gatherings, celebrations, or events of any kind are not permitted unless expressly approved in writing prior to booking. Violation of this policy will result in immediate termination of the reservation without refund. There is a ZERO tolerance policy.



NO SMOKING: All properties are ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING of any kind - this includes cigarettes, cannabis, vapes/e-cigs, etc. You may smoke outside and well away from any doors or windows, and must clean up any debris (do not throw butts on the ground). Any evidence of smoking will be automatically billed an additional cleaning fee.



CHECKOUT EXPECTATIONS: Please place trash in designated bins outside, load used dishes into the dishwasher or sink, and generally tidy up after yourselves. It is not necessary to strip the beds or initiate any kind of laundry prior to departure.

The place and location were amazing. Check in was smooth - a code on front door.The place is recently remodeled and very clean. The kitchen is open and spacious. Easy to lay out food and feed the troops. 4 bedrooms with 8 sleeping spots. The front porch is a great place to hang out and enjoy.Another plus - It is great to find a place that provides all the linens and towels - bring your own beach towels. No need to worry about bringing your own or coordinating with another company to drop off and pick up. Location is close to the boardwalk - a block and a half away from back door. There is a great place for quick breakfast sandwiches around the corner - Bennie's bread. Outer Banks boil company is also walking distance- 2 or 3 blocks and is a nice break from pizza and boardwalk food. Your order is packaged in a pot just add beer or water, boil and dinner is ready in 30mins. We will definitely look at this place when we come back.

My family truly enjoyed our stay. Everything we needed was within walking distance, to include the beach and boardwalk. The two patios were a nice option for early mornings or late night conversations to enjoy the weather. The host was extremely easy to reach directly, and was very communicative. We will definitely keep this property in mind for another stay.

Our stay at this property was perfectโ€ฆ couldnโ€™t have been better. The location couldnโ€™t be betterโ€ฆ one block from the Boardwalk, and minutes from the bridge. The beds are comfortable, the kitchen is huge and the neighborhood is lovely. We honestly canโ€™t think of a negative thing to say. We liked it so much we extended our stay twice, and would definitely rent again!
