Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Return all beach tags and pool tags to avoid additional fees, $50/beach tag.
Turn off hose outside door.
Make beds with pillows and comforters. Leave house as you found it.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Rules

As this is a condo setting, to be respectful of all guests, please observe quiet hours from 10pm to 8am.
Please return all beach tags and pool tags to the "Beach Tag" holder in foyer. You will be charged for missing tags.
No bed linens, bath towels, beach towels or kitchen towels provided. Please bring your own.
