The employees are not friendly at all, the hotel description says it has hot tub but when you arrive there is nothing, the cleanliness is very poor, I called to have the room cleaned and when they cleaned it they didn’t leave clean towels, it didn’t have a refrigerator, I called to have one put in.

Liked the old school charm, but it seems rundown from top to bottom, and seems like it's in a perpetual state of refurbishment, with nothing being complete. The beds were very comfortable, but we saw a roach outside our door. Carpets and flooring should be replaced everywhere in the hotel.

I enjoyed the hotel besides no hot water the entire time, the rooms didn't match the same vibe you see walking into main lobby. There are way too many homeless people & yes they asked multiple times for money. The almost crowd you at night as well when your just trying to enjoy adult time on boardwalk.

Not that bad at all but pleasant stayed.

When arrival there but got so confused of how getting to the clerk desk lobby but asked for directions and received my cards room but unfortunately doesn't work and had to go back do the same thing long line waiting by clients, that killing my times and inconvenience left me wore out so next time to make sure the cards room is working. Other than that, room is cleaned and the rooftop view is awesome!

The furnishings and rugs are very old. Musty smell throughout the building. One of my rooms had a leaky fridge, air conditioning didn't work. Had to change rooms. Another room required getting a functioning phone. The place is in the process of remodeling. Updated modern rooms appear to be satisfactory. Once the peak season ends, all services/ restaurants provide limited service. Had no view as per my choice. Staff was okay.
