Room was dirty. Elvator service was slow. Staff was terrible the gentlemen that helped me at the reception he was ok his cell constantly did not make eye contact he was constantly texting will not answer any of my question. Rooms are outdated. We wont be staying here again.

My favorite part was the pool! The water was very warm and they had floaties for kids to use. Overall, the hotel was a bit outdated and the rooms a bit small, but the staff was friendly and helpful. I’d definitely stay there again. It’s great value for the price.

My husband and I had a reservation on February 15th.. i requested an early check in i was told if the room was available we could check in. We arrived at 3 and we were told the room wasnt ready and to come back at 4pm. We went back at 4 and the room still wasnt ready. We waited 3 hours to check in. The associates had no customer service they were rude. The phone in the room didnt work either. We were very disappointed.

Beautiful vintage hotel located at central Boardwalk. All weather connector to Bally’s Casino. Lovely entryway and gathering areas. Indoor pool— that was nice and warm even for adults! And they have adult swim from 8 to 10 PM every night! You might have to call security to get the kids out, but it was very relaxing! The elevators were slow, but the staff more than made up for it… Very friendly and easy to talk to!

Safe didn’t work. Toilets require multiple flushes. Needs update. Cleanliness was average (dusty behind doors and corners). Beds were ok. Tv worked. Had hot water. Pool was nice and warm. Not sure all elevators worked, so at peak times (check in and check out) there were long waits. Location is nice. Was quiet up on the 15th floor despite being by elevator.

First i wastoldto come back at 2:30pm my room would be done,came back it wasnt ready. So i lrft came back at 5pm still my room not ready my room with ocean view. So was given another room went to the room ,the room was not ready bed sheets onthe floor on chairs the pillow on another chair bathroom disgusting Terrible service.

One of the worst stays I had at a hotel the air-conditioning and heat did not work in my room moved me to another room, which the heating and air-conditioning did work, but only works when there’s movement in the room. You have to move around the room for it to work if there’s no movement, it automatically shuts off The iron didn’t work they never replaced it. I requested extra tiles which I never received.

It's okay. The hotel itself is beautiful, but the room we had we did not like. The view of the ocean was great, but the room itself was so empty. They need more furniture and pictures on the wall, there was an echo from how empty it was. The walls are also thin, so you can hear other people's tv's and people talking in the hallway and other rooms. The staff were very nice, it was very easy to get to Bally's and having the store right downstairs was convenient. It also didn't have that normal hotel musty smell, it was very clean. I enjoyed my stay overall.

Room was nice, beds soft. Sometimes a long wait for elevator. Nice that it is connected to Ballys so you do not need to go in cold to get to casino. Will pick this hotel again next time we come back.
