Check in took an hour waiting in line , when I checked in the guy said there were no towels in my room but he will make sure there will be, it is now almost midnight, the towels are still not here, I called the front desk 15 minutes ago and the towels are still not here, never ever ever coming back here

The property has seen better days and staff was at a minimum. Our room was clean, though the security bar on the door was missing and the ice machine on our floor was out of order. It was an okay for a place to lay your head for a night.

I need to be completely transparent and say that the only problem that I had was with the cleanliness of the bathe shower in our bathroom was disgusting. We purchased cleaners and scrubbed it ourselves. Unfortunately, because of my desire not to make a fuss, as we were preparing for a funeral.I failed to take a picture before cleaning.

The bathroom was very dirty. Black mold was in all of the grout lines of the shower. We could hear every noise from the rooms around us.

OK it is the Claridge Hotel, one of the oldest existing hotels in the city. It's showing its age everywhere you go in the building. Let say thought that the fitness center was great even thought pool was unfit to use. The Twenties Restaurant was GREAT! Loved their Chicken and Waffles. The pathway to BALLY's was good because it took you to a nice food court. The rooms were dated. The smells around the place was weird. It was historic, but it needs more renovation.

I like the fact that is a historical building staff was nice curious. But the room I self had damaged bathroom door that didn’t close, no handles on shower door to open or closed, windows were dirty! Just not what I expected for a historical place.

Obvious that room wasn't thoroughly cleaned. Found someone's dirty underwear under the chair and cotton swabs under the sink. They dont move things or get the edges when they vacuum. The bed was clean and comfortable. Long walk to elevators.
