Minimum rental 30 days.

Bring your kayaks, bikes, fishing rods and crabbing lines to this cottage on the lagoon. Granite counter top kitchen with seating at counter bar and dining table. Large deck area for entertaining, watching the sunset or catching a cool breeze from the water.

Master bedroom has queen bed with walk in closet and its own bathroom. Second bedroom has two twins with storage space.

Bring your own linens and towels. Air conditioning via window units to control each rom yourself. Excellent breeze off the water so air conditioning is not always needed.

BBQ grill outside. Full size washer and dryer.

Short distance to Ocean City and the beaches in Longport, Margate, Ventnor and Atlantic City. Plenty to do in Somers Point but quick ride to nightlife and restaurants if you want to leave the point.

Why pay the Ocean City rates in a dry town when you can walk or bike to the bars - and restaurants if you don’t want to drive.

Option for rental of the dock - DOCKAGE IS NOT PART OF THE RENTAL UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.

Property is not suitable for young children who may walk out onto the bulkhead or fall into the water.

Will also allow a seasonal rental.
