This beautiful country home has been recently renovated. It is located at the end of a 0.7 mile private road, on a 10 acre farm, with amazing views of the valley, hills, city, & breathtaking sunset right from the living room/ kitchen. This quaint country home is located on the Placer county wine trail, near breweries, 2 miles to Hidden Falls, and close to many of California’s best hiking trails. Just 15 minutes to downtown/ old town Auburn for a day on the town. Will be furnished for your stay.

Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds, gather used towels and store extra beds

If you have time before you leave, we would appreciate, if you can start a load of sheets on "power wash, warm, extra rinse". This just helps us get cleaning done prior to the next arrival.
Please set the thermostat at 78 in the summer and 64 in the winter, prior to leaving.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Please do no run AC/ heater with doors or windows open. The system will default to off, as it will detect their is a problem.
Please limit to 2 vehicles. If you need to bring more, please just let us know, so we can advise you where/ how to park.
Smoking is aloud outside, but please don’t smoke right outside windows and doors.
