We're Auburn parents who have fallen in love with the Plains! Evie's Endzone is our 3rd home-away-from-home in the same location, just off of N. Gay St. (See also Caddy's Shack and Jet's Hangar).
We are close enough to walk to the celebrations, but far enough to not hear them all night! You just cannot beat this location!!
GUESTS:
- Auburn families are special. Let us host you for your visit with your AU student. Bring their pup from home, cook in our fully stocked kitchen, and catch up sitting on our back porch.
- Alumni welcome!! For those of you smart enough to have chosen Auburn for yourselves, come stay for a reunion with your friends! We love having alumni bring their own kids to their first Auburn game! Or skip the kids and tailgate and grill on our back patio to celebrate a win.
- Golfers! Stay just 15 minutes away from the famous Robert Trent Jones Golf Trail and Grand National course. Experience golf by day and downtown Auburn life by night. We have 4 beds available for any golf foursome.
- Families with teens either competing in summer camps on the beautiful campus, or on college tours, you'll be more than comfortable here, with over 1600 sq ft and space for everyone.
ARRIVAL:
When you arrive at Evie's Endzone, you have 2 reserved parking spots just for you, right at your own shaded sidewalk leading to the front door. Never traipse across a hot parking lot again!
Entry is simple and safe, with your own code on the front door keypad.
GATHERING:
Over 1600 sq ft y'all! You cannot get that at any hotel. Our front living room has a brand new huge sectional for game watching on the big screen smart tv. In the winter, the electric fireplace makes it a cozy spot. The dining area seats 6-8 and flows right in to the back covered patio, with an additional 8 chairs outside. Picture a grill, a fire pit, and adirondack chairs on a fall night. It's indoor/outdoor living at its finest.
EATING:
Our fully stocked kitchen is huge! We have any appliance you can imagine, including a waffle-maker, toaster and blender. Coffee is our love language, and you can choose from an old school pot, a K cup Keurig, or a hot kettle pour over. Flavorings and coffee provided.
Some nights you may want to cook your kids favorite dinner or dessert. You have access also to plenty of AU serving pieces and trays for tailgating at the house or celebrating a birthday.
We know food brings people together so we tried to provide it all!
SLEEPING:
All 3 of our bedrooms are upstairs. The primary can sleep 4 with a new King bed and new Queen sleeper sofa. A full bath is attached. Each of our other 2 bedrooms have new Queen beds and black out curtains for a good nights sleep. The full bath in the hall is shared by the 2. Quiet ceiling fans cool each bedroom and there is a smart tv in each one. All linens are provided.
IF one feels the need to work while away, the primary bedroom has a designated work desk, lamp, and fast wifi for you. It is tucked away and quiet so the rest of the house doesn't have to "keep it down".
EXTRAS:
Should you feel like doing your kids laundry (or your own), use our full sized washer and dryer in the laundry room just off the kitchen. Detergent is on us.
We. Love, Dogs.
Our 3 townhomes were named after our own dogs and grand-dog. We want them to be comfortable too. Pup accessories provided are: their own water bowl, treats, and the necessary poop bags. Each time a furry friends stays, our home is deep cleaned and sanitized. Our daughter always loves when we visit, but more so when her dog visits.
AUBURN SPIRIT:
Our 3 kids have all loved their time in Auburn, and we've fallen in love with the town. Game day crowds downtown are fun to experience, but you'll be so glad you can WALK home and not have to fight the traffic! Off-season visits to Evie's Endzone are just as special with long walks on campus, in the parks nearby, or slow mornings at local coffee shops like Well Red that are a 5 minute walk away. We've celebrated engagements, weddings, 21st birthdays, graduations, reunions, and lots more at EVIE'S ENDZONE. Our family's goal is to make your time there just as memorable as ours has been. We're always available to help and answer any questions.
