The room was clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. Knowing what floor you were on was a bit hit & miss, since it wasn't explained at reception and the breakfast was a little expensive.
Good value hotel close to all amenities in Auckland CBD and waterfront.

The room was clean but some of the amenities need updating.Staff were very helpful and went out of there way to assist when necessary.Teabags and more towels needed for rooms.
Yes, room was clean but feel it is time to invest in new mattress. The restaurant within was great comfort for us. Hotel staff are courteous and friendly and yes, we will surely consider Copthorne should future travels take us back here.

Rooms/furniture were in poor condition. Booked a superior room but was only one floor up and on the road front so very noisy with guests arriving and departing all hours.
