Perfect location and so central. Amenities are fantastic and the pool and spa facilities are stunning. Communication/customer service was a slight let down from reception and “loosing our bag” (was found after a long 10 mins in the storage room tucked away behind bigger suitcases)

Room was great, clean. We booked the room for a group of 4 girls, however, there was only 3 towels, 3 coffee mugs, so we had to ask for extra to accomodate everyone. Tried to do the kiosk checkout but it tried to charge me again for the restaurant booking when I had paid at check in. Had to line up at the desk to get this sorted along with a line of people. It was an okay stay but probably overpriced for the service received for a 5-star hotel.

They no longer have CNBC on tv. Channel air lounge is always cold, I heard other complaining. They don’t notice as they are working. It’s at a lower level than lounge so of course it’s cooler.
