Had a great stay at the Cordis Hotel. The room was spotless and beautifully presented, which instantly made us feel comfortable and relaxed. The staff were genuinely friendly and helpful from start to finish, always happy to assist with anything we needed. The amenities were excellent and added that extra touch of luxury, and we loved how kid-friendly the hotel was — it made traveling as a family so easy and enjoyable. Overall, a fantastic experience — we’d happily stay again and highly recommend it.

There was quite a long queue for check in but 5 staff managed to get through the lines fairly quickly. We appreciated an upgrade of rooms. We love the amenities of Cordis, however I feel the pool area needs to be monitored throughout the day as children were doing bombs and splashing everyone which didn’t make for a relaxing time. The spa was also murky and had a strong smell of chlorine. Second stay and I left feeling disappointed.

Stuff it’s perfect “reception” but not last lady when I wanted to change my room pillows she act like lovely and typing in computer fast (but I think she acting not typing) it’s happened in the morning but at night nothing changed my room pillow. my situation it’s different but not hotel problem, I have allergy from feathers and animals and dust and I sent letter before travel about my situation. my pillow it’s feathers I think or dust, after 3 days I realise it’s allergy from pillow and want change it, but until bringing new pillows it’s already hours and more waiting in the room, after I tell 1 time reception 3 times call from room hotel stuff bringing old pillows in 12 o’clock midnight or 11:30pm I didn’t remember. and no milk in fridge no coffee only decaffeinated coffee. no drinking water, ever time I have ask about milk or coffee and last 3 days breakfast it’s going down to half serving like some breakfast it’s not available last day more it’s not available some breakfast

The room was modern and spacious, with a lovely bathroom. The kids and I loved the pool and sauna. The staff were friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. We really enjoyed our time here and will definitely return.

I had major difficulties reserving a room on this occasion. I gave up trying direct contact with the hotel as well as the Langham loyalty programme. I was informed there was a minimum four night stay. But my approach through Hotel.com was immediately successful and I reserved a two night stay.
