The staff were lovely, responsive and very accommodating. The room, property and surrounds were all very clean. Location is wonderfully convenient. There was a slight issue with my late check out that was no real hindrance however, in booking a room with a balcony and sea view only to have it blocked by a cruise liner and hundreds of passengers staring at you was a bit off putting and had I known, I wouldn’t have spent the extra on the upgrade. Overall really good, restaurant food was excellent and wait staff quite attentive.

Arrival greetings superb. First impressions and lunch in Bellini fantastic. The service via text/qr code is a great way to communicate. Sadly the famous breakfast was underwhelming. Scrambled Eggs cold omelette dry, waitress never came back with my milk etc etc. staff friendly though. Valet parking and attention to detail in our booking, spot on. A wonderful stay thank you Hilton Auckland

Hilton is in a great location with good harbour views. The rooms are a little old, especially the bathroom. The balcony windows could also be cleaner. Really enjoyed the breakfast service. A little expensive overall compared to other newer hotels in the same area.

It was the perfect place… Closed to everything… Great food and drink at the hotel. Remember to buy full breakfast: great choices, tasty… Ferry was at working distance… we were able to book the activities at the hotel.
