Amazing stay! Miguel at concierge desk helped me locate documents that were left at the airport earlier in the morning. He went over and above to help me. So grateful for his help. I highly recommend this hotel. In addition the rooms were very accommodating and easy check-in. I rarely leave reviews but this hotel was outstanding!

The Hotel was amazing every thing was perfect till we left and I realised when I got home I’d left three items of clothing hanging up in the room wardrobe . When I called back was told only my husband jacket was there - my dress and jacket wasn’t there And I certainly didn’t have it -I know I’d forgotten to take them out of the wardrobe when repacking our bag . I’ve had the real run around trying to find the two items clearly they have house keeping issues!!! so a message to who ever is reading make sure you check you have everything before leaving any accomodation

The hotel is very pleasing to the eye, our room was excellent. The actual stars of this hotel are the employees! I can’t say enough about the customer service.
