Excellent stay

We flew in from Queenstown and stayed one night before continuing our travel back to the United States. This was a lovely hotel near the heart of Auckland and the wharf. The room was clean, comfortable and spacious. The staff was friendly and efficient. We would highly recommend this hotel.

Good location, helpful staff

Friendly helpful staff provided a swift check in slightly early for no extra cost. The hotel is in a very central location with restaurants amenities close by including sky city. The room was spacious and clean and there was little to no external noise. Room came with basic amenities and decent WiFi coverage in the room. Staff also helped at checkout by keeping our bags while we waited for our outbound flight.

We were able to walk to shopping and dining options around the hotel. The sky tower and casino were close. The staff was helpful in getting us transportation to the wharf for our cruise. Was a great location and clean hotel.
