Noisy as it doesn't have double glazing windows, you can hear people and cars coming and going from the restaurant, plus right outside my window there were a beeping coming from which look like gas system.

Great stay in Papatetoe

A great place to stay in Papatoetoe. Handy location. Comfy beds. Excellent value. My only criticisms would be the desk chair doesn't support your back and the bed was poorly made, with the bottom sheet not even reaching the end of the bad, but overall a very good experience

Clean and comfortable

Small room but very clean and comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful. Milk in the fridge would be useful, although a supermarket is not too far away. Close to the airport.

The hotel was very clean and good value for money. Within a short distance to Auckland airport. The rooms were spacious and the bed lovely to sleep n. Tea, coffe facilities provided in the room along with fridge and microwave . Easy access to railway station to visit Auckland.

The staff were really helpful and the room was very clean and tidy. There are many places to eat in walking range. We went to the attached restaurant for breakfast - it was Indian food, freshly made and delicious. Definitely recommend!

The Kolmar is a great place to stay for a night or two. Clean spacious room (king) with everything you need (fridge, cutlery, plates, tea, coffee, iron, tv etc) & bathroom, well maintained. Secure & quiet in central Papatoete, a very short walk to the shops. The indian restaurant/cafe adjoined is completely authentic and the staff were happy to help with the menu.
