Iâve already sent my messages through with my comments and observations.
Ironing board in room but no iron. Wardrobe with no clothes hangers.
Clothes hangers have been delivered, but thereâs no bar for them to hang on.
Is no phone to ring reception you have to ring yourself on your own phone and itâs hiding somewhere that I donât know about. I would expect more from a property like this. No restaurants or or food options after 830. I ended up having to buy a pie from the gas station. I know thereâs a kitchen here but that would mean I have to bring all my own things like oil spices ingredients that doesnât really make sense for someone staying for one night or two.
I mentioned that most are not families and more business people on overnight travel. I would recommend having a room Service option of even frozen meals. Very basic but easy and have long shelf life service industry for a long time and am a cook myself. I would be more than happy to provide three different frozen options that could either be cooked here or brought.
