Room was fine but after traveling so far got told we couldnt park there so had to find somewhere else. Also pretty frustrated they dont take cash, booked through expedia so did not know this and staff were rude about pointing it out.

It was lovely to have doors and windows that opened to the outside. The kitchen had plenty of utensils and having laundry in unit was great. The size of the room was excellent. Only downside was that the climate control was not working. Fortunately due to the cool overnights, this was not an issue but it did get warm during the day. It was nice having on site parking but some of the turns were VERY tight.

The room was spacious and well set out, if in a little in need of TLC. The problem was that they was no air conditioning. The building is multi-storied with large windows allowing the sun to really heat the room. When i questioned reception regarding the lack of aircon, the advised that it hasn't worked for 2 years. They also hastened to say that this was clearly shown on their website. Ofcourse it isn't, nor on Expedia nor on any communication. In October it was difficult to sleep in the heat, i would hate to try in summer. I can't understand how they can charge these rates with a basic amenity missing.

Clean, tidy room, beds comfortable and rooms were spacious Carpark, needs maintenance. Carparks are numbered but the paint is peeling which makes them hard to read. Access to basement is very tight and is only suitable for small cars to access.

Loved the convenience to everything. Happened to stay when Priscilla Queen of the dessert was in town. Walked to museum. Found a nice cafe and bakery. Saw where I can park next time I don’t come up on Public transport. I will definitely be back. Used the roller in gym for my back. Walked Myers park. Found a bargain at an op shop on k road. Did I mention the price was amazing. Cannot faulter.
