Large doors open to the outdoor decks. These areas include outdoor seating and a BBQ, providing additional space for dining and spending time outside.
The bedrooms are arranged across two levels. Two of the bedrooms have direct deck access.
Each bedroom has a portable fan.

Guest Access:
Guests have full access to the home and outdoor areas throughout their stay.
Check-in is from 2:00pm and check-out is 10:30am.
Early check-ins and late check-outs may be available for a fee, but can only be confirmed closer to the day, depending on whether there are bookings before or after your stay.

The Palms is located in the Palm Beach area, close to Sandy Bay and Enclosure Bay.
Palm Beach is a short drive from the property and has a local store and Arcadia bar and café.
Nearby vineyards and hospitality venues include Stonyridge Vineyard, Te Motu, Casita Miro, Wild on Waiheke, Te Whau, Peacock Sky, Mudbrick, Cable Bay and The Heke.
Oneroa Village is within approximately 10 minutes by car and has cafés, shops, takeaway food and essential services.
Ostend, including the local supermarket and Saturday market, is also nearby.
Getting Around:
Regular buses run across the island and connect Palm Beach to Oneroa Village and the passenger ferry. Taxis and rideshare services are available but can be limited at peak times, so pre-booking is recommended. There is easy parking at the property.

Bookings are by request.
This is a self-catered holiday property. A starter supply of toilet paper, coffee, tea and milk is provided for arrival. Guests are responsible for purchasing additional supplies required during their stay.
Beach towels are not provided, and guests should bring their own for beach use.
A gas heater is provided in the main living area.
The property operates on rainwater tanks. Guests are asked to use water carefully, particularly during dry periods.
