It comprises a 40 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, three bedrooms, three bathrooms and an independent studio. There is also a 2,500 m² garden.

35 m² studio apartment by the pool (not air-conditioned)

- A mezzanine with an extra bed (access by ladder)
- Bathroom with shower and WC

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: high chair, washing machine, cot, plancha, tumble dryer, fan, ironing board and iron.

- A private, unheated swimming pool, accessible by stairs from the house, available from mid-April to mid-October! Alarm, the pool area is enclosed from the main house, a bubble cover to maintain a good temperature in sunny weather, 8x4 flat-bottomed pool 1m60 deep.

The house is ideally located in Aups, in very pleasant surroundings. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.

Transport
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private car park. Three spaces available, tarmac access to the house. Vehicle recommended for transport.

- Nearest airport: Marseille Provence airport 117 km away (1h32 by car)
- Access to the village of Aups 15 min walk from the villa
