Keep away from this hotel

It is very old hotel and one of the worest hotel i stay in India. Especially, the condition of the bed is really bad and it would be even better to sleep at the floor. The staff was very nice and helpful.

Make do hotel. Wont stay there again.

Firstly, i experienced difficulty in booking two rooms in one go. I had to book two rooms separately as the expedia site created problems. After that expedia sent only one booking info across to the hotel and the hotel was not aware of the 2nd room booking. The room was not well maintained. The bathroom door did not lock, the phone was not working, the AC was not effective enough. The room was not dusted and to cover it newspaper was spread in shelves and drawers. The room was comfortable as a whole but lacked what a 3* is expected to provide. The so called "free continental" breakfast was not continental but Indian and badly lacked variety. I have stayed in better rooms abroad with 10 times more variety at breakfast at lesser costs. The room consumable replacements were stingy.

The hotel is very close to the airport; however it does not offer any pick up or drop off services. The overall experience was satisfactory and the stay was comfortable. Above satisfactory for the price.
