Upon arrival I was greeted at the desk by Clarissa. She was not very welcoming. We called and asked if we could check in a little earlier and were told YES. She immediately said "your room is not ready" and you will have to wait until check in time. (2 more hours)Then Kelly the other girl at the front desk said there are other rooms just like yours that are ready and you can check in. I was fine with that since I just wanted the same kind of room and didn't even know what floor etc. was booked online. Kelly was very nice and made me feel a little better about my choice to stay here. The room was very nice, clean, updated and quiet. The pool area had a child area with a small slide and buckets, larger pool to 5ft and a large hot tub. We enjoyed all of them. There was a nice breakfast included from 6-10am with a great variety. Nearby there were also restaurants for dinner. We were happy with our stay. At checkout I did get an apology from Kelly in regards to the rudeness I initially encountered upon check-in from her co-worker. We would stay here again.

Everything was great except for the location of our room. We were by the elevator and it sounded like a snow plow was outside our window starting at 5am when people began getting up and checking out. Either the elevator needs service, or that room shouldn’t be rented out until soundproofing can be installed somehow.

The staff was rude . The room was dirty & clearly not cleaned, as there was garbage in cans & cigar shavings all over bathroom.The pool was slimy & hot tub had so much product in it evrybody turned red & skin was burning. Also the electricity went out on xmas day evening & the attending lady at counter locked herself in office for some reason & wouldnt answer any Qs.

Good. However they claimed no handicap room. even though it was booked. Finally found one after two hours of asking. Hotels do not like Expedia 3rd person . We have this problem before. It should be taken care of. They hold these rooms to get more money for people last minute. You threaten they find one. Not probably booking again.

Got there at check in time and room wasn’t ready until 30 minutes after and they gave us another room all together so ours was still not ready. When we asked for a 30 minute later check out to accommodate for late check in we were told no. Fairness doesn’t appear to matter and no apologies for horrible check in situation.
