The holiday home, built in 2003, is furnished in the typical local style. The property is located on a farm. The domicile is also popular because of the view from the property of the mountains and its quiet and sunny location at the edge of the forest. Available for use: lawn for sunbathing, sunshade, sun lounger, and barbecue facilities.

Your holiday house consists of 2 floors, 6 rooms (from which 4 bedrooms), is 300 sqm and can accommodate up to 7 persons. Smoking is not permitted inside the rooms. On colder days your holiday house can be heated with central heating. Tiled stove in living room and kitchen The entrance leads directly in the hallway with wardrobe. The rooms are divided as follows:
Ground floor: Bedroom with 1 single bed. Kitchen with dinette, dishwasher, electric cooker (4 plates), oven, exhaust hood, refrigerator (freezer), coffee machine and electric water boiler. The dinette offers space for 14 persons. Separate toilet with 1 washbasin and WC.
1st floor: Bedroom with 1 double bed and 1 baby bed. You have access to the balcony. 2 bedrooms each with 1 double bed. You have access to the balcony. 2 bathrooms each with bathtub, 1 washbasin, WC and window.
In addition, your holiday house is equipped with WLAN- internet access. TV or radio channel can be received per satellite.

Ausservillgraten, 1378 m above sea level. The holiday home is located on a farm, on a 400 sqm open garden plot with meadow and flowers. The landlord lives in a separate building on the property. The holiday home is situated next to a lovingly restored farm that is operated as an organic farm. There you can buy products from Tyrolean Grey cattle as well as organic herbs and potatoes from their own cultivation. View of mountains and meadows. Access is via a side road (asphalted). Parking on the property.
