The Space:

Professionally curated, this inviting condo boasts 10’ ceilings and a modern, open layout. Floor-to-ceiling windows deliver scenic city views and gorgeous natural light. The layout offers a welcoming foyer as it ushers you to the high-end kitchen featuring European kitchen cabinets, high-grade appliances, and elegant stone countertops. It's open-concept, bohemian chic living area boasts a big screen TV and pull out sofa bed. Unwind here, taking in the spectacular view over looking Town Lake and downtown Austin from the private balcony. In addition, there are two master suites that boast large windows facing west capturing the Texas sunset. Both are flanked by a full spa-like bathroom with premium European-style plumbing, dual sinks, custom-finished floors, and glass shower enclosures. This layout allows the condo to sleep 6 people comfortably.



Other private amenities include a spacious walk-in closet and a full-size washer, and dryer. We also offer HDTV and high-speed internet. Pro housekeepers sanitize thoroughly and provide fresh linens before and after every guest.





The common areas of the complex soar with style including stunning native design elements, and local touches of Austin culture. The first floor lobby and coffee bar/lounge provides a gathering place for collaborative workspace or a trendy venue for friends to mingle. Guests are also able to rent the 33rd floor club house that has a kitchen, large screen TV and multiple seating configurations.



The 10th-floor has a state-of-the-art indoor fitness center with private Peloton studios, outdoor fitness lawn, a gated dog park, and yoga studio. The top floor clubhouse is sure to be frequented as it leads to the stylish rooftop pool deck which includes, cabanas, loungers, fire pits, and a festive entertainment area. The glass-rimmed view of the downtown skyline is breath-taking!



Located about one mile southeast of Downtown Austin, the neighborhood is brimming with a variety of personality-laden dives and diverse eateries and food trucks along Rainey Street-- the neighborhood’s main thoroughfare. There are also plenty of ways to enjoy the outdoors, with access to the Colorado River, Lady Bird Lake, the Ann and Roy Butler Hike and Bike Trail, and Waller Beach at Town Lake Metropolitan Park. 





The complex is within 40 minutes or 2.1 miles from University of Texas at Austin. It is also near Austin Community College and St. Edward's University.

Long weekend in Austin

This is a fantastic property that is centrally located near the historic Rainey district and close to the river and walking trail. The condo was spacious and comfortable, with modern decor. It was squeaky clean, with great amenities. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property!

Fantastic property in a great location. Condo is exactly like the pictures. Views were spectacular and the gym was good too. Definitely would recommend and will return next time I stay in Austin.

This condo was in an amazing location. Only a 5 minute walk to the Rainey Street district. Rooftop pool was a nice added bonus. Rainey Street offers plenty of entertainment for a weekday getaway!

Beautiful condo w/ beautiful views!

Overall we had an amazing stay! The Vacasa agents on site were wonderful and so friendly! The condo was beautifully decorated and very comfortable and the views were amazing! It would be great if they put portable “floor” fans in each bedroom since the unit doesn’t have any ceiling fans. Apart from that, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely return!

Girl’s Trip

This condo was the perfect location for a girl’s trip! In walking distance to many fun restaurants and bars. Balcony views were amazing! Only negative is the description mentions a separate room with a Murphy bed set up to sleep an additional two people. This room does not exist. Instead sofa bed in living room accommodates those additional two people. Other than that, place was fantastic for our Austin girl’s trip!

Close to Rainey

Enjoyed our stay here. Great views, comfortable beds. Good location for walking to Rainey St and downtown. While you can't check in until 4, we were able to store our luggage, so that was a plus. The very minor negatives: lighting somewhat poor in bedrooms and main living room. The master bathroom could use another towel bar. No where to spread out wet towels and when you are staying several nights, that would be helpful. As stated, you get one roll of toilet paper per bathroom, and a piece of soap. Liquid Handsoap seemed to be watered down in both bathrooms (to stretch it?!?) Seems a little crazy for the amount we are paying... these are basic necessities and should be provided, without worrying that you will run out...which one bathroom did... But overall a very nice place and the view can't be beat!

Views were amazing, communication not so much

Overall, we had a great stay in Austin so I’m eating this 4 stars. However, the unit was having AC issues so we were without AC for the duration of our weekend in south TX (temps were in the low 90s). The property manager did give us 2 fans to use, however communication was not good. The corporate office called at 1pm the day we were supposed to check in (at 3pm) to inform us that there would be no AC and they could give us a different place to stay if we paid the difference. Needless to say that was not an option. The other option they gave was to use the “portable AC” aka fan with cool water in the bottom and stay here. Due to the views and location we chose to stay in this condo. While it was hot, the condo was beautiful with nice appliances and furniture. Also, for parents traveling with babies, a pack and play will fit in the back bedroom closet and provide a bit of dark and quiet for your kid. While the apt was clean on the surface, we did find that the couch bed fitted sheet had not been removed from previous vacationers, and there was a ring in the sheets of the main bedroom (making us question how well the beds were made). While we did experience a few hiccups, I would overall recommend this to others and would stay here again.

Elegance in the sky with a panoramic view over downtown Austin

We were four adults in two bedrooms and two children who shared the pull-out sofa. The apartment and tasteful furnishings were new and very clean. The reception and parking personal were helpful and friendly. The excitement and eateries on Rainey Street were all within easy walking distance. The view from our 21st floor overlooking the river and downtown was spectacular.

A View to Kill!

This condo is tastefully decorated in keeping with the vibrant, energetic, and fun vibe of Rainey Street( specifically) and of Austin(as a whole)! You can count on watching the sunset and the beautiful orange sky off of the horizon of the Hill Country from the gigantic windows and balconies of this home every evening!
