The room was a good size but the bathroom sink had a trickle of water pressure. Also, the pillows were super firm which I didn’t love. I wasn’t able to use the phone to call down to the front desk and the valet link to call my car was not working.

The shower in our room was gross and had hair and noticed when we walked in. We asked for another room and the other room also had a gross shower. We left and they gave us a refund. They didn’t apologize or work to make amends. They also force you to tip the valet to order the car when we tip the valet when we gave them the car in cash.
