This was the worst experience I had with any of the Marriott properties. I am Gold elite member with Marriott, been using their propertied for more than 10 years now. So basically, the room was having cleanliness issues, most importantly the comforter were having mold that was visible, there were stains on the bed sheet and pillows. I reported these issues with the property manager, also shared the pictures of these issues.
After the discussion, manage spoke with his general manager and I was apologized for this inconvenience, I was offered Marriott points to cover one night stay at similar hotel as a courtesy.
I left the hotel with the thought that the hotel was courteous, admitted their mistake and will compensate for it. But I haven’t yet received any points in my account for the same. I did send multiple follow ups with the property manager but there is no response.
