I checked in on Friday and they told me they moved my reservation to another hotel and was “upgraded.” When I arrived at the second hotel, there was no upgrade, in fact the opposite. The room smelled terrible and I asked for another one. When I contacted Fairfield about the experience at the new hotel, they hung up on me and never called back. When I checked out, a family in front of me also talked about how they were not pleased with their room they were reassigned to and that it also was not clean. DO NOT BOOK YOUR STAY HERE or their other property, Staybridge Suites.

We loved our stay! The room was comfortable and the breakfast was great. Javed was incredibly kind and attentive, always making sure we had everything we needed. His hospitality really made our stay extra special. We would definitely come back.

Came out for a week starting last friday for fantastic fest and unfortunately didnt start well. Before i even arrived for check in, at 6am in the morning got a charge for 300 dollars blocked by chase bank fraud line because one of the staff there tried to upgrade my room without permission, luckily called back a second time and another staff member resolved. Great property and affordable stay, but staff is 50/50 in communication as if you wanted room cleaned you had to ask and depending on person listening it would get done or wouldnt. Id only stay here again if i got a better deal than this past time, otherwise closer hotels to the center of city might be the way to go

Weird location, nice hotel!

The location was oddly placed in a parking lot with other hotels and also almost under a highway, so not walkable at all. Other than that we loved it. Breakfast was good. We got the very first room on the first floor, which was incredibly convenient. There was a LOT of construction on the roads surrounding the hotel, so the traffic was atrocious.
