Check-in with Nora was exceptional! As walk-ins, she was both welcoming and accommodating, as we came in wet and tired from walking in the rain. She offered us breakfast and a place to store our luggage, while we searched online for rates. She gave us a good rate so we booked with her.

My room was clean and comfortable, but there was no regular coffee in mine, just decaf. The floors in hallways and common areas needed vacuuming and wet mop. One of the two elevators was inoperable. I was not given info about breakfast hours, etc. upon checking in.

I made a reservation online however upon arrival to the property I was told that there were no rooms available. I was also told that they couldn’t guarantee a room. I left my number and wasn’t contacted again. I had my pets with me and a timed event to attend that same day, which forced me to find another hotel for the night.
