Arrived just after the key system went down in the hotel. Staff very confused. Broke out the “standby” keys. Worked in one elevator not in the other. Didn’t work for the room and maintenance let us in. Rushed out to concert but not any better when we returned. Phone in elevator lobby didn’t work so back down to lobby to get key issue resolved once again. Oh yeah…bathroom was basically flooded. Water seeping through the panels and actually floating in spots. Never again.

The hotel was just ok. The room was clean. It was a place to sleep, nothing more. The pool area was a bit run down. One day there were no towels and garbage laying around the pool area.

Great place, great location.

Staff was very friendly and professional, and room was spacious and clean. Shower needed more pressure and the door didnt close completely therefore the water would splash out. Loved the white noise machine provided. Pillows were alittle too flat. So just little minor issues nothing to say i wouldnt go back.

Cute hotel super close to downtown

Really cute boutique hotel close to heart of East 6th st. Walkable to alot of places. Very spacious room. Because of its proximity to the bars and restaurants, you can hear the street noise so bring ear plugs. Would stay again! Still worth it despite the noise.

We loved our stay at Hotel Indigo! Jonathan and Andrew at the front desk were both so friendly and helpful, and offered excellent coffee and dining recommendations. The location was great and walkable to lots of dining, shopping, music venues, and other attractions. The room was clean and comfortable--our one complaint was that the shower door did not shut properly, leading to some water spillage in the bathroom. Overall, though, it was a great stay and we'd come again next time we're in Austin!
