The worst stay ever, on first room me and my family stay I found dirty tampons with old blood behind the bed where I use it to sleep and the AC making to much noise when we turn on high so make us very uncomfortable to sleep. And they give us different room with bad conditions like AC cover is open, low pressure water on the sink and toilet plus carpet is really dirty look like the housekeeping didn’t clean the room very properly. Swimming pools is closed because the water is so dirty nobody there can clean the pools, I was hoping we can use the swimming pools while we stay there for 4 nights It’s very disappointing for me and family….😡😡😡 Location and view is great other than that they need to work more to fix the problems because everything inside the hotel is look ruined so badly…

I stayed here because it is close to the airport and I had an early flight. The room was an excellent deal for the price. The room was large, comfortable, and clean. The bed was very comfortable and the bedding was soft and well appointed. The room had a microwave and refrigerator, which is rare these days. The a/c was on and the room was cold! Most places leave the a/c off; in Texas, it was great to have a room that was cooled down on arrival. The price was excellent and there was a free shuttle. 10/10 recommend.

Not the place to go if you want to use a pool. I gave this an average stay because the room was fine but we actually wanted to use the pool and we’re unable to because it is out of commission. We would have stayed elsewhere if we knew that. Photos of pool looked nice. Strike one. Also, the elevator went out of commission and had to carry our luggage up stairs. Strike two.

La Quinta is always inconsistent with quality.

La Quinta is definitely a "hit or miss" chain. In this case it was a for sure "miss"! On the phone. the receptionist was aimable & was the same man who picked us up. As we walked in, a giant roach kept running between the dining area and front desk. Mark (not sure he gave his real name) the clerk was RUDE. This was a BUSINESS trip booked & paid in full with my boss' card so we hesitated to have a "hold" on our personal card but he wouldn't let us check in until we did, & with a smirk he loudly said: "S0 YOU DO HAVE A CARD!". We replied: It's our personal card. Don't put charges on it when we check out. He loudly replied:" DON'T TRASH THE ROOM AND YOU WON'T HAVE TO WORRY!" We were in nice business attire. His unwarranted comment, coming from his own unclean appearance ( very long, dirty nails painted black, greasy hair, crumpled attire) was EXTREMELY RUDE. Also, when asked for change to tip our nice driver, he said we go to Denny's across the street. SMH. It was late, we were quite tired, otherwise, we would have turned around and left the hotel. "Mark" sure is in need of proper customer service training or a change of jobs. The male driver who picked us up at night at the airport and the sweet lady who drove us back early the next morning were VERY KIND! Room was clean but old and in need of repairs. It did have a microwave & a mini-fridge. Avoid breakfast!!! The rubbery "eggs" tasted artificial. The "juice" was watered down and very sugary.

The hotel has an amazing staff. I needed to get to the airport to retrieve a lost bag and Sarah got me checked in quickly. I needed to drop my luggage in my room, but, the keys didnt work. Sarah, took my luggage and stored it until i returned. Cant thank her enough. When i returned, new keys had been issued, but, those also didnt work. She called maintenance who was at my room in a flash and got me into my room. He then swapped out the card reader while i got settled in after a very long day. The dining area and libby are very clean, however all other areas are run down and dirty. The carpets are torn in the area in front of the elevators. The elevators are quite dirty and the carpets stained down the hallways. Once entering my room, i was quite impressed with its cleanliness. My stay was comfortable and they provide a nice hot breakfast. With a bit of attention to the common areas this would be a great property to stay in. Overall, i wasn't unhappy with my stay, but, the property does need to be spruced up.

I was traveling for an emergency, flight changed. Even with the insurance I was not allowed to change dates. So I lost my money ans they said even with the insurance which protects the trip it was non-refundable.And still had to find a place to stay. As a disabled person I was truly disappointed.
