Our stay was extremely stressful and disappointing. On the first night, the fire alarm went off at 1:00 a.m. and continued for an hour and a half. We were all forced to evacuate the building until the fire department arrived to shut it off. My parents are older, so getting them outside in the middle of the night was very difficult. We lost an entire night of sleep.
When Expedia tried to help us get refunded for that night, the hotel manager refused. Thankfully, Expedia was very kind and issued us OneKeyCash for that night instead.
On top of that, the building is clearly falling apart. Many things didn’t work properly, including the key cards and some of the outside doors. Our TV kept going dark, so we couldn’t even watch anything.
The only positive part of this stay was the front desk staff, who were very nice and polite. Unfortunately, it seems like management does not prioritize the guest experience at all.
I would not stay here again and would not recommend this property, especially for families or older guests.
