1. The clerk was nice but she spoke very low, almost a mumble, so communication was difficult.
2. I travel for work and carry a lot of equipment and necessities with me. I never leave anything in the car so I always need a luggage cart. This hotel only has one and it’s always missing which is highly inconvenient and frustrating. I’ve stayed here before and it’s always an issue. After waiting awhile, the clerk offered to check the floors after I had done so myself. The cart was missing all night. It still wasn’t present when I checked at 5:30am so someone obviously kept it in their room all night. This is poor management. They need at least one more cart and they need a process of keeping track of it. Simply make note of which guest is using it and what room #. If they don’t bring it back, call them or go get it. Such a simple solution.
3. There were large carpet drying fans running in front of my room because of various ceiling leaks when it rains. I had to walk around them just to access my room.
4. The shower is terrible. The only positive thing I can say is that the water pressure was great. Once you activate it, the shower curtain sucks inward and sticks to you (and I know they never clean these). It’s so bad that you have to hold it back with one hand while trying to soap up with the other. Then when you’re done, you’re standing in above ankle deep water because it doesn’t drain properly. There’s more but not enough characters allowed.
5. The breakfast was TERRIBLE!
