Janae (sorry if misspelled) but she went ABOVE AND BEYOND for my brother who was staying there and had a medical emergency, I am in North Carolina and she was EXTREMELY attentive and she is one of the best employees at your location! Manuel as well, went ABOVE AND BEYOND for my brother after he had his medical emergency and was admitted to the hospital he helped calm me and made sure my brothers belongings were taken care of. These two are an asset to your company!

Staff was wonderful & helpful. Unfortunately my floor wasn’t swept or mopped prior to my arrival. The previous guest must have had a dog because there was hair everywhere. Windows were completely sealed shut which meant the only air coming in was through at AC, Triggering Allergies.
