A gated drive curls back through the trees and opens onto almost two acres of Texas Hill Country, where deer graze the treeline at dusk and the loudest thing around is usually the pool. The Reset Estate sits in Glenlake, a quiet pocket of West Austin between RM 2222 and Lake Austin, and the whole place is built around one idea: give a big group the run of a private compound, then give them somewhere to actually rest.

Inside, the house does not play it safe. Large-scale murals in saturated blue, orange, and green run across arched walls and vaulted ceilings, a spiral staircase turns up through the center of the main floor, and floor-to-ceiling windows pull the tree canopy into nearly every room. Multiple living areas across multiple levels mean the group can pile into one room or scatter into four.

The main kitchen handles a crowd — deep navy cabinetry, double ovens, a long island with seating, and enough counter space that three cooks are never in each other's way. The dining table seats twelve, and a second kitchen upstairs takes the pressure off breakfast. A beverage bar between the living and dining areas handles coffee refills and snack runs.

Sleeping is split between the main house and a detached casita reached from the driveway, which gives the group real separation when they want it. The primary suite is on the main level with a spa-style bath and freestanding soaking tub; more bedrooms sit upstairs alongside a loft bunk room, and the casita has its own bedroom and living space. Washer and dryer are on site for longer stays.

The game room is where most nights end up: arcade cabinet, foosball, ping pong, an indoor putting green, and a big screen for whatever's on. An attic lounge upstairs works as a quieter overflow spot when the game room gets loud.

Outside is the real draw. The pool anchors the backyard with lounge decks on two sides, and the recovery setup nearby — hot tub, outdoor sauna, and cold plunge — turns a lake day or a hard hike into something you actually bounce back from. There's a fire pit for the evening, a BBQ and covered patio for cooking outdoors, and a short walking trail on the property itself if someone wants ten minutes alone.

Under ten minutes down City Park Road, Emma Long Metropolitan Park puts you on Lake Austin with swimming, boat ramps, and shaded picnic grounds, and Ski Shores Cafe is right there for burgers by the water. River Place Nature Trail is a few minutes' drive and has one of the toughest stair climbs in the city. The Pennybacker Bridge overlook, Mount Bonnell, and County Line's lakeside barbecue are all short drives. Downtown Austin — Zilker Park, South Congress, the live music — is roughly 25 to 30 minutes when traffic behaves.

- Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in this home. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval there is a fine of $500 per pet.

Parking Details:
- Enjoy a spacious private circular driveway and additional paved parking areas accommodating 8–10 vehicles, depending on vehicle size. Street parking is also available. Please note that garage access and alternate paid parking are not available.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.
