We were the only people at the hotel for a two day stay. Our room was at the far end of the building that had no direct view of the lake from the patio and no light bulb in the outside light which was kind of dissappointing considering there were many rooms with views available. When asked why we were put in this room vs. any other available room the hotel offered to change room after 1st night. We were leaving early the next day so decided to just stay in the room we were originally assigned.

Romantic getaway

The room was very comfortable and clean! I recommend Vintage Villas for a nice romantic getaway for two! I would recommend an upstairs room if you want a better view of the sunset over Hudson Bend.

This property is beautiful and relaxing. The views are miraculous. The staff are so friendly and welcoming. I will definitely be back. The soaking bathtub and environment were exactly what I was looking for to help me ground.

The staff were really friendly and helpful when we got on property and checked in. After that we didn't have any more interaction with them. The parking was okay, it was a bit far from the east side villa we stayed in and I'm disabled so that became a bit of an issue. The room was not as luxurious as I thought it would be from the picutres I was able to see online. It did have a fridge and microwave as promised. The coffee maker in the room was big enough for one cup. The bathroom was "okay". The toilet was lower than I'm used too and it the shower was a bit weak. No breakfast onsite. I chose to stay at the Villa because we had some business in the area and it was the closest hotel to where we needed to be. If we were staying at the villa for a wedding, or other event I'm sure it would have been better but staying just for a regular hotel experience I think we would have had a better experience at a regular hotel. What I did enjoy was the wild life, we did see a lot of deer in the area and they literally came up to the door for the entrance of the villa. I liked how quiet it was and not many people around.

It had the most beautiful view of Lake Travis and was so quiet. It was the peaceful weekend getaway we needed. Would definitely go back. If you are looking at this property for an event/wedding. It is Gorgeous!

Wonderful

What a wonderfully pleasant surprise this place was!! We just needed someplace to stay for the night, quick day trip for business / pleasure. We were looking for something nice, but didn’t need anything fancy and didn’t want to spend a lot. This was very reasonably priced, looked nice enough and it was in the location we needed. When we got there, it was super quaint!! And the view from our room was beautiful!! It’s nothing fancy, but it was extremely comfortably, immaculate, spacious and the people at the front desk couldn’t have been friendlier, more helpful or more down to earth. We cannot recommend this place highly enough!
