This charming 2-bedroom, 1-bath duplex offers comfort, privacy, and a prime location. Fully furnished with a cozy living area, fully-equipped kitchen, and private backyard, it’s the perfect spot to relax after a day of exploring Austin. Located just 10 minutes from The Domain for shopping, dining, and entertainment, and 15 minutes from downtown, you’ll have easy access to all the best spots. A peaceful, well-appointed retreat for your Austin stay!

The space:
This property offers a lush backyard with a grill, hammock, outdoor games and more. Perfect to enjoy the beautiful warm weather with a cookout.
The kitchen is fully equipped and adequate for longer stays.
The living room is cozy with a fully functional chimney and a vintage feel. It boasts a sizable smart TV with a new Sony sound system.
The house also has a desk corner with a 4k monitor and high speed internet for you digital nomads out there.

Guest access:
Accessing the house is fully autonomous and intuitive. You can use the code which I will send on the day of your arrival to unlock the door.
To unlock : type in the code then press the lock button.
To lock : close the door then hold the lock button.
You will find the key to the laundry room hanging on the blackboard when you come in.
The house comes with free parking. You get 1 spot under the shed, and one on the driveway.

Regarding the neighborhood, our cul-de-sac is home to families. Kids do occasionally play outside.

Our family had a fantastic stay at the Woodstone Casita. The home is conveniently located near major roads, freeways, and grocery stores. We could get to downtown Austin within 15 minutes. The communication with the home manager was perhaps the best I have ever experienced with VRBO! They were so quick to answer inquiries and provide additional appliances on request. The home was clean, nicely designed, and easily accomodated our family of four. The beds were very comfortable. There was a large tv in the family room with all apps already signed in. Note that the yard currently is not as in the photos and could use some grounds maintenance. Otherwise, this was a perfect stay for our long weekend trip.

Easy check-in, well stocked kitchen even included lots of seasonings and spices. Comfortable beds, and a photo printer. We mostly just slept there and had breakfast because we were visiting family. But it would've been great to stay and cook all meals there, too. Keeping this listing handy for future visits.
