Would Stay Again

My husband & I needed to work on a rental property in Niles for approximately 4 days. I chose this hotel due to proximity and price. Check-in staff member was very gracious and worked with me to find a room on the 1st floor. The room itself was quite spacious. King bed was very comfortable. Room had a couch w/ ottaman that was handy when watching TV. Location of room was great, as it was near a sude entrance door - very convenient. Breakfast was more than expected. The only negatives I found were the bathtub was slippery; the wall paper in the bath had started to peal; the desk chair did not have casters which made it very hard to move; and there was no yogurt offered at breakfast. All small things.

The hotel was clean, safe, and smelled fresh. Its well priced and the staff was exceptionally friendly. The only thing, and not even really a complaint, is that it could use a refresh/update aesthetically. It still provided a somewhat homey feel though. Thank you.

The moment the door creaked open, the air rolled out in a wave of decay — thick, damp, and sour. It carried the musk of mold clinging to peeling wallpaper, the ghost of cigarette smoke soaked deep into the carpet, and the faint, sweet rot of something long forgotten. It was the smell of a place that had given up on being clean decades ago, a weary odor that seemed to seep into your clothes, your hair, even your thoughts. Upgrade this place the carpet was dirty as all hell!!!!
