This newly renovated 1920s Catalina three-story vacation home has 3 bedrooms and 3 baths and is located on the desirable Middle Terrace area of Avalon. It has incredible panoramic views of the Pacific Ocean and all Avalon’s major landmarks including the Casino, The Green Pleasure Pier, Holly Hill House, Chimes Tower, and Front Street. The beautiful hillsides of Catalina are visible from every room of this amazing home.

The main level of the house features a large open living space, inviting family room with fireplace, and a large wall-mounted flat screen TV. There is an open living room with comfortable seating and large dining area. The interior is light and bright with floor to ceiling windows to capture the remarkable views. The beautiful balcony with comfortable seating is perfect for lounging and relaxing.

The home has a fully-stocked gourmet kitchen with top-of-the-line appliances, and everything else you need to create meals. There is a garage with kitchen entrance, guest bathroom, a spiral staircase leading to the loft-style third bedroom, with King size bed and great views.

The lower level contains guest bedroom with Queen size bed, guest bathroom, original built-ins & cedar lined closet. Master bedroom includes King size bed, sitting area, walk-in closet, and a beautiful master bath with a luxurious spa tub, walk-in jetted shower and dual sink. French doors lead to a romantic balcony with overhead heaters and glass railings for private time.

Additional amenities include private garage with golf cart, wireless internet, air conditioning, and laundry room. This home is just a great place for you to enjoy a simple, amenity-filled getaway so you can spend your time relaxing, recharging, and reconnecting. The home is located in a quiet neighborhood and is only suitable for quieter groups. No outdoor music, over occupancy, and/or parties allowed. Please make sure you are comfortable with these policies before booking.

No smoking is allowed inside or outside the property –No pets- NO EXCEPTIONS!

Available on a nightly basis (3 night minimum, holidays and selected dates excepted; 4-night minimum mid-June through Labor Day).
