This delightful 88² property offers a welcoming and comfortable retreat, ideal for families or friends looking to enjoy a memorable stay in the city. It is designed with a modern and elegant style with oversized windows, providing guests with a peaceful and bright ambience.

The living space features a comfortable sitting area with a TV for relaxing evenings and a dining table. The open-concept kitchen provides a welcoming environment for socialising and enjoying meals together. It includes essential cookware and cutlery to make delicious meals, such as an oven, cooking plate, microwave and coffee maker.

There are two beautifully decorated bedrooms. The master bedroom includes a comfortable double bed, multiple storage spaces and a private bathroom. The second bedroom has a cosy double bed and ample closet.

A shared bathroom has all the essentials, including fresh towels, a hairdryer, and complimentary toiletries to make your stay even more comfortable.

The apartment also opens onto a lovely balcony, providing the perfect place to enjoy the soft breeze and a cup of coffee.

The property is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. It is located on the 2nd floor, accessible by elevator.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own.

Aveiro, often called the “Venice of Portugal,” is a charming city filled with canals, colourful boats, and an atmosphere that blends tradition with modern living. Visitors can wander through its picturesque streets, admire the unique Art Nouveau architecture, and enjoy the peaceful flow of the waterways that give the city its distinctive character. The vibrant tiled façades and lively cafés create a welcoming setting to explore relaxedly.

Beyond the city centre, Aveiro is also known for its salt flats, natural lagoons, and the beautiful beaches nearby. Local gastronomy is another highlight, with fresh fish, seafood, and the famous ovos moles sweets delighting visitors. Whether for a cultural escape, a taste of authentic flavours, or a mix of city and seaside experiences, Aveiro is a destination that leaves a lasting impression.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and by car.

The nearest train station, Aveiro station, is just a 6-minute walk.

Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport is a 60-minute drive from the property.

This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
