Located just 10 minutes from Avignon, this characterful residence has undergone a meticulous renovation, carefully preserving its soul and original architecture.
High ceilings, decorative moldings, antique fireplaces, and elegant wallpapers blend harmoniously with modern amenities and high-end comfort.
The house can accommodate up to 12 guests and is arranged as follows:
On the ground floor:
A charming entrance hall, typical of traditional French manor houses, with a separate cloakroom and downstairs wc
A billiard room, which also features a games table (roulette, poker, chess, backgammon)
A double living room, split into a grown up seating area and a separate tv room
A dining room opening onto a modern, fully equipped kitchen
A laundry room with a washing machine and dryer

A magnificent central staircase leads to the first floor, where you will find 4 spacious, bright, and air-conditioned bedrooms:
2 bedrooms with twin beds 90 x 200cm
1 master suite with a 180x200 cm bed, shower, and WC
Guest suite with a 160x200 cm bed, shower, and WC
1 family bathroom with shower, bathtub, and WC
On the second floor:
2 spacious, air-conditioned bedrooms with double beds (160x200cm and 140x190 cm)
