Great House in Avon

My wife, son, daughter and fiance stayed here for a long Memorial Day weekend. Plus our two dogs. Great place! Way more room than we needed. Very comfortable and having the pool and hot tub to come to after the beach was great. Perfect location in Avon close to the food lion. Tons to do in this house. Games and puzzles galore! We'd definitely stay here again.

Everything You Need + More

Great property—three levels, all clean! Would stay here again. Very close to food lion for all your grocery needs. Beach is a five minute walk—recommend the beach access a minute to the south with the blue mobility mat for wagons. Private Hot tub and pool were the highlights. No high chair, no pack and play, and do have to cross the highway (but has a crosswalk) for future guests with babies/toddlers. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

House is great, great views of the lake, we even saw a river otter. You can see the beach from top deck and crows nest, the pool was a little smaller than I had imagined but the kids and I loved it, I would stay again! Thank you

I can’t say enough about this property! I have been going to OBX for 22 years and this is the best maintained place I’ve ever stayed! The home is well stocked for any need, the views are great, and it’s extremely comfortable!

Great family spot

Wonderful location - walking distance to beach and grocery store. Quiet neighborhood. Comfortable home with great hot tub, pool and so many decks. Impeccably clean everywhere. Would absolutely stay again and recommend for other families.

Awesome stay!

This was a great stay! Everything was clean and working. Kitchen was well stocked with necessary cleaning supplies. Bedding and linens can be rented or you can supply your own (some of our party liked that, others would have wanted to have that made clear in the property description). There was 9 of us in the group that stayed. Walking distance to the Food Lion (plus was that it was on the same side of Route 12 so you didn't need to cross the main road).

Great home, this is our 2nd time staying here. Location + price + home are unbeatable. Easy access to the beach (5 minute walk), close to grocery store, nice pool and hot tub for kids.

Great place!

This was a great spot. It was clean and within walking distance. Food lion, places to eat and shop and the beach. We loved fishing in the back yard and the pool was a big hit. The cleaning staff was very helpful.
