dissatisfaction

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with my recent booking through Hotels.com. We had reserved two rooms and received a confirmation, but upon our arrival, we were informed that no rooms were available. Additionally, the hotel environment was unacceptable. The property was filled with strong smoke from a nearby restaurant, which permeated the rooms and made the atmosphere unbearable. The rooms smelled of smoke, and the cleanliness was also concerning: the bathroom was dirty, the amenities were lacking, and the sheets were covered in hair. As a result, I was forced to leave in the middle of the night. Given this experience, I regret to inform you that I will no longer be using Hotels.com for my future bookings. I would appreciate your attention to this matter and hope that improvements are made to prevent others from facing similar issues.

Otel çevresi, Cunda merkezine yakınlığı itibariyle iyi bir konumda; gezi rotamızı oluştururken bu durum avantaj sağladı. Odanın genel temizliği ve durumu iyi durumdaydı fakat kaldığınız süre zarfında carşaflarınızın ve havlularınızın yanınızda bulunmasını tavsiye ederiz zira çok temiz değillerdi.

Otel konum olarak merkezi bir noktada, kahvaltı mekanı güzel. Temizlik anlamında idare eder. Otelin idaresinden memnun kaldigimiz soylenemez çünkü otele giriş yaptığımız gün rezervasyon yaptırdığımız oda için elektrik arızası olduğu söylenerek başka bir otelde konakladık. Fakat sonrasında durumun elektrik arızası kaynaklı olmadığı ve odanın aynı gün için iki kişiye rezerve edildiğini öğrendik. İdareten konakladigimiz otel odası çok gürültülü olduğundan dinlenme şansımız olmadı. Sonuç olarak 4 gece satın aldığımız otel odasında 3 gece konaklamış olduk ve bir gece için herhangi bir fark iadesi söz konusu olmadı.

Geçen yıl da (2024) bu otelde kalmıştık, çok beğenmiştik, o nedenle bu yıl da HARAKOP (Cunda) oteli tercih ettik. - Bu yılki odamızın banyosu kıyasen çok iyi değildi. - Bu yılki kahvaltı çok kötüydü; keşke kahvaltı için ödeme yapmasaydık ve kahvaltı almasaydık. - Otelin konumu çok merkezi, çarşı içinde, en önemli restaurantlar hemen yanında. Yakınında 3-4 otopark var. - Odalar gayet ferah ve yeterince büyük, yataklar rahat. Kahvaltı dışında herşey çok güzeldi; tavsiye ederim.

Otel konum olarak çok güzel ve avantajlı bir yerde, her yere yürüme mesafesinde, sahile de çok yakın. Oda temizdi, herhangi bir sorun yaşamadık. Ücretsiz otopark hizmetleri de var ki bu Cunda'da gerçekten çok önemli bir şey.

Otel çalışanları güleryüzlü ve diyaloğa açık. Kaldığımız odanın kapısı tam kapanmadığı için kilitlemek zorunda kaldık. Kahvaltı açık büfe değil görece mütevazi bir kahvaltıyı servis ediyorlar. Odada bir kettle bardak çay vb. Şeyler olsa iyi olabilirdi. Banyoda su izleri vardı o yüzden temizliğin yüzeysel yapıldığı belli oluyor. Konum sahile belki 50 adım mesafede denebilir. Cunda’da takıcıların arasında ve otelden çıktığınızda hemen kalabalığa karışabiliyorsunuz.

Kısa sürekli konaklama için tercih ettik bu nedenle önceliğimiz konumunun merkezi olmasıydı. Oda tertemizdi çok rahat konakladık. Teras kısmında oturmak, kahvaltı etmek çok keyifliydi. Kahvaltısı oldukça başarılıydı ve her şey kaliteliydi. Konumunun çok merkezi olmasından dolayı dışarıdan gelecek sesi göze alarak gittik. Zaten gece saat 1 gibi gürültü azalarak bitti.

Birinci katta, standart 20 m2 odada kaldık. Şehrin en merkezi yerinde, geniş, güzel ve aydınlık odaları olan bir otel. Otel şehrin ve yeme-içme ve eğlence mekanlarının ve alışveriş yerlerinin tam ortasında, bu nedenle de müzik gürültüsü gece saat onikiye, sokak gürültüsü ise saat bire kadar devam ediyor, ama bu bizim için sıkıntı değildi. Kahvaltısı güzel ve terasta veriliyor. Kahvaltıda verilen sigara böreği (çok güzel ama sadece 1 veya 2 tane veriliyor), yumurtalı ekmek, kızarmış patates gibi sıcak ürünler siz masaya oturduktan sonra kızartılıp sıcak sıcak servis ediliyor. Otopark imkanı yok. Arabamızı otelin 150 metre yakınındaki NURİ ZARPLI ilkokulunun bahçesine bıraktık; en yakın ve en ucuzu burası. 200-500 metre uzaklıkta 3 otopark daha var ama onlar daha pahalı (bu pahalı 3 otoparkın Ağustos 2024 fiyatı: gecelik 300 TL). Otelden çok memnun kaldık. Kesinlikle tavsiye ederim.
