We stayed at Gaja Hotel for three nights. The owners, Demet and Gökhan, are wonderful! We visit Ayvalık at least once a year to see my husband's family, so we're very familiar with the area. We've stayed in many different places, and we're glad Gaja opened because now we know where to stay in the future. The hotel is located outside the busy area but is within walking distance to the center. It has a beautiful breakfast that we enjoyed every morning. The room was spacious, with AC, a refrigerator, and a safe. The hotel is very clean and modern, and the room had everything we needed. There’s a coffee shop nearby called Crown Coffee Roastery—everything I’ve tried there was great. It’s an expert coffee shop with high-quality options. I also buy coffee beans from Crown; they have interesting blends, from red wine to pine honey. There’s a local shop, Moyy Atölye, right on the main street next to the hotel. I’ve bought jewelry and clothing there over the years and enjoy using them. We enjoyed our stay at Gaja—it’s convenient yet private. We will definitely be back!

Eşimle nisan ayında iki gece kaldık. Demet hanım ve eşinin hem tatlı sohbetleri, hem de misafirperverlikleri ile çok keyifli iki gün geçirdik. Odalar çok konforlu ve temizdi. Sade ama zevkle döşenmişti. Otelin konumu da çok merkeziydi. Ayvalık’a tekrar geldiğimizde kesinlikle yeniden burada kalacağız. Her şey için tekrar teşekkür ederiz!

Konaklamamız gerçekten harikaydı Demet hanım inanılmaz ilgili ve samimi birisiydi biz ayvalıga ilk defa geldiğimiz için bize bir sürü tavsiyede bulundu ve harika bir işletmeci, otelin her şeyi çok güzeldi çok tatlı bir terası var ve konum olarak her yere yakın , temizlik olarak da harikaydı…. Aile işletmesi, demet hanım harika, oda sade ve şık dizayn edilmiş, oda içerisinde herşey düşünülmüş, kasa,minibar ve ikramlar mevcut, banyo şık. Oda içerisinde ikramlar mevcut. İkramlar otel girişinde de mevcut. Bahçesi çok şık. Ayvalık da konaklama çözülmüştür. Teşekküe ederiz.

a wonderful stay

This was a perfect stay for us. We very asked about our arrival and departure hours and the hotel provided us a very warm wellcome and even there were some Christmas cookies in our room and the reception area. The products used in the hotel are from sustainable sources. When we were leaving, Ms. Demet gave us some freshly baked pastery.
