The cozy holiday home features three bedrooms, a TV, a fully equipped kitchenette with dishwasher and microwave, a washing machine, and a bathroom with shower. Enjoy relaxing moments on the terrace.



A playground for children is located nearby. Guests can go hiking or fishing in the area (please obtain a permit from the city on site) or simply enjoy the garden.



The house accommodates up to six people and was renovated and modernized in 2023.



Bed linen and towels are not included but can be provided for an extra fee. After booking, you will receive the local contact's details via the platform, who will provide your access code.



As a self-catering holiday home, we provide basic supplies (toilet paper, dishwasher tab, soap, and dishwashing liquid), which are replenished after each stay. Supermarkets are about 5 km away in Bad Arolsen.



The holiday park offers a large parking lot for the houses (no private parking at the house) and an EV charging station at the entrance, as well as a playground, barbecue area (electric grills only), tennis court, table tennis, and mini golf.



In Bad Arolsen (approx. 5 km) you will find supermarkets, bakeries, cafés, doctors, pharmacies, the hospital, the castle, and a swimming pool open all year round.



Pets are welcome: up to 2 dogs allowed. For more than 2 dogs, please contact the host via the platform in advance.

Tolles Haus, gute Lage

Pros: Das Haus war toll ausgestattet, ob Möbel oder auch Küchenutensilien alles da was man braucht. Gastgeber ist sehr freundlich, die Kommunikation war super. Cons: Das Haus steht am Hang und der Weg zum See ist sehr steil.

Wir haben zwei Nächte in einem Ferienhaus mit Selbstverpflegung verbracht. Positiv war, dass das Haus bei unserer Ankunft sauber war und die ruhige Lage mitten im Wald sehr schön ist.Leider gab es einige Punkte, die für den Preis nicht überzeugt haben. Die Stoffbezüge der Couch und der Esszimmerstühle waren stark fleckig und wirkten ungepflegt. In den Schlafzimmern waren manche Matratzenauflagen deutlich zu klein und die Betten standen direkt unter der Dachschräge, wodurch man sich beim Umdrehen häufig gestoßen hat. Die Treppe ins Obergeschoss empfanden wir als recht steil und unpraktisch – besonders mit kleinen Kindern wäre uns das zu gefährlich.Im Bad stand nach jedem Duschen das Wasser auf dem Boden, da die Duschabtrennung offenbar nicht richtig abdichtete. Auch die Küchenausstattung war sehr knapp: Es fehlten beispielsweise eine Schere und ein Nudelkamm und der Klarspüler der Spülmaschine war leer.Die Unterkunft wurde online als renoviert beschrieben, vor Ort wirkte jedoch vieles bereits deutlich stärker genutzt als auf den Bildern. Insgesamt war der Aufenthalt für zwei Nächte in Ordnung, aufgrund der Beschreibung und des Preises hätten wir jedoch mehr erwartet. Wir würden die Unterkunft daher nicht noch einmal buchen.
