No not again

We were told when arriving we couldn't use the pool or hot tub. Which we wanted to treat our two great grandchildren to. We found the lobby as very dark and not inviting (trying to save on light bill ?)We asked for a king, however one side of the mattress had a big lump in it. Wife was very uncomfortable. Our room heater made awful noises and sounded like it was going to fall apart. Noticed that lamps very old and not useful with no plugs or ports for today's devices, had to get on floor to reach plugs. Did not try contennial breakfast and no decafe coffee. Most likely won't stay again, because Holiday inn offers so much more for about $30 to 40 more.

The room itself was great. I was extremely disappointed that the pool waa shut down because that was rhe whole reason i got a room there. They really should let people know before we book the room. The breakfast there waant that great.
