The penthouse "Hill - 73" absolutely deserves its name. On more than 90m² the holiday apartment offers pure luxury and is really dreamlike.

It has 2 bedrooms with double beds, a beautiful open kitchen with an adjoining living/dining area, open fireplace, 1 bathroom with shower and a separate toilet. With the pull-out sofa bed in the living area, the holiday penthouse offers enough space for 6 people.

The absolute highlight is the spacious private sauna area, with relaxation room and sauna shower, where you can really relax after a "tiring" day of vacation. The spacious terrace with breathtaking views of the "Grimming" mountain ensures further relaxation. This is how vacation should be.



The holiday apartment was only recently completed and is equipped with modern alpine elements. The kitchen leaves nothing to be desired. It offers all cooking utensils as well as a coffee maker, oven, microwave, induction cooker and even a wine fridge. A washing machine and dryer are also available. The equipment also includes W-LAN, satellite TV and 2 covered parking spaces.



This apartment is located in the beautiful town of Tauplitz in the Salzkammergut. Almost everything is within walking distance here. It is only a few hundred meters to the valley station of the “Die Tauplitz” skiing and hiking area. A supermarket, bakery and restaurants can be found in the vicinity and the cross-country ski trail starts right behind the house. Due to its central location, Tauplitz is the perfect starting point for exploring the many excursion destinations in the Salzkammergut and the Schladming-Dachstein region. Like the many lakes and the famous thermal baths of the Ausseerland or the Dachstein Glacier on the highest mountain in Styria. A perfect vacation spot in summer as well as in winter.
